Supporting families of new babies
Collaborating with caregivers and siblings to build confidence and competence in their next chapter, with a whole lot of grace.

Grace and guidance for your new family
Postpartum is a period of intense transition regardless of who birthed the baby and if/when the baby comes home. Postpartum Doulas work with families by teaching evidence based strategies for care, empowering you to feel competent and confident to make informed parenting choices.
Non-Primary Caregiver Support
The involvement of non-birthing caregivers is proven to make a huge impact on the lives of baby and the recovery of the birthing parent. We can work on ways to feel useful and support your family.
Feeding Support
Up to date lactation support, paced bottled feeding, or combination feeding. While I am not qualified to diagnose lip and tongue ties, I can assist in navigating this area.
Virtual Check-Ins
Sometimes you just need to text in between visits, for reassurance, validations, or questions. Do it! I’m here for you.
Facilitating Sibling Involvement
Encouraging gentle interactions and helpfulness for existing children in the home.
Overnight Shifts for Sleep Support
Overnight support is very different from the days, and is available if you or your baby need help catching zzZZs. (See Add-Ons)
Add-on Support Services
Services above and beyond the doula role include meal preparation, laundry, dishes, dog walking, grocery or prescription pickup, etc.
“Hold the mother. Until she asks you to hold the baby.”
